This report investigates the CO2 emissions resulting from the construction and operation of underground parking garages to halp inform the development of parking minimums and restrictions in the City of Vancouver. In this context, this study performed a Life Cycle CO2 -Eq analysis based on the literature and Vancouver data, and different scenarios of operation to evaluate the results.
