As part of a new collaborative partnership with UBC, TEBO Group of Industries has launched an open call to support novel research projects that integrate technology development and transfer into regional and international infrastructure initiatives.
TEBO is providing up to $2 million for projects through this call, where researchers can then leverage these funds through other granting agencies to increase the size and impact of the projects. Proposals are invited for research collaborations with TEBO focusing on four themes:
- Sustainable waste-to-energy conversion: efficient technologies, optimal design, and innovative feedstock solutions
- Sustainable building materials: recycled, carbon-neutral, bio-based, etc.
- Innovative construction: approaches and techniques for building construction and industrial infrastructure
- Metal additive manufacturing: advanced metalwork fabrication, design, and application
